Exports members, tithes, income, and the audit log. Keep this file safe — it can fully restore your database.
Warning: Restoring overwrites all members, tithes, and income records. User accounts are preserved.
Used in Other Giving and Tithe forms.
Used in the Other Giving form.
Removing an option only hides it from new forms — existing records that used that option are preserved as-is.
Used on the Members page and in the By Group report. "No Group" is the safe fallback for un-categorised members and is always available, even if you remove it from this list.
Renaming a group does NOT update existing members — they will keep the old label until you edit them on the Members page. Removing a group only hides it from the dropdown.
Cash counted in person. (Cash is always treated as Onsite, even if removed.)
Bank transfers, e-wallets, etc. Anything not in Onsite falls back to Online automatically.
Tip: every method you use in tithes should appear in either Onsite or Online so the Weekly Summary classifies it correctly. Unmapped methods default to Online.
Use uppercase 3-letter codes (e.g. PHP, USD, SGD). PHP is always kept as the system fallback.
Reports show separate totals per currency. There is no automatic FX conversion — keep amounts in the currency they were given.

Flag gifts ≥ this many times the giver's trailing 6-month average. Lower = more flags. (1.5–100, default 3)
Gifts below this amount are never flagged, no matter the ratio. Keeps the report focused on amounts worth investigating.
Use this when the same person appears under different spellings (e.g. "Maria S." and "Maria Santos"). The action is logged in the audit trail but cannot be automatically undone.
